Annamarie of Satin & Slate transcends what it means to be a wedding planner. I can say that because I never knew the value of having a wedding planner until we experienced the unbelievable level of guidance, service, care, attention to detail, thoughtfulness, organization, vendor negotiation and management and a million other things she and her team provided in helping to plan and execute our wedding. She has everything you would expect from a wedding planner...all the organizational things, access to the best vendors, ability to manage everything, timelines...etc. What you don't know however, and where she literally becomes the best at what she does, is in all the things you don't expect from a wedding planner...the intangibles. She checked in on my wife regularly...she knew when one vendor felt off or when we had a vision we were trying to express but couldn't find the right way to express it. She knew things that only a person who is emotionally invested in your success would even try or care to know. I would put 1,000 stars down if I could because we actually got to enjoy every second of our special day because of this woman and her team.

Hiring Satin and Slate Wedding & Events was one of the best decisions I made during wedding planning. Annamarie and her team are professional, communicative, knowledgeable and an absolute pleasure to work with. They took over vendor communications for us 8 weeks before the wedding day and handled all wedding day coordination, it was such an incredible relief knowing the wedding details were handled by someone who was truly invested in making sure everything went as we envisioned. I can genuinely say our wedding day was executed perfectly thanks to the dedication of Annamarie and her team. I cannot recommend them enough!!
